Bookmark and Share

Am I pregnant? Sometimes it is difficult to know. Actually, every pregnant woman has early signs of pregnancy that can be recognized. Here are some early signs of pregnancy:

  • Missed period
This is the most common symptom, and is usually the first one you Might pick up on. During pregnancy, the uterus will not produce ova that can cause menstruation.
  • Feeling Nausea
The second symptom is nausea. Usually, the nausea is often followed by a feeling of dizziness and vomiting.
  • cravings
Usually, pregnant women always want something like food, beverages or anything else.
  • Frequent urination
During pregnancy, the fetus will give pressure on the bladder so that the blood circulation will be more faster. This causes the bladder will be filled with fluid (urine) quickly so that the urine should be immediately expelled.
  • Breasts enlarge
During pregnancy, women will produce a hormone that can cause changes in breast shape.
  • Easily tired
During pregnancy, your body will work 2x harder than usual. This is because the body must support the health of the fetus.

If you feel the early signs of pregnancy as mentioned above, consult with your doctor to make sure that you are really pregnant or not.

For dizziness remedy, Never skip a meal. It is better to eat 5 small meals than consuming 3 whole/full meals. Through this, you are able to keep your blood sugar levels at stable. Also, make sure that you keep your body hydrated throughout the day. Another cause of dizziness during pregnancy is exposure to heat or feeling hot temperature. Always drink water or juices.

This is one very concise post. Concerning dizziness during pregnancy I fully agree with what Kim says. In addition, don't change positions - especially from a lying or sitting to an erect position - too rapidly. This might make you feel dizzy.
