Maintaining a Healthy Body - Health is the greatest gift from God for us. By having a healthy body we can perform a variety of activities such as exercising, playing, working, etc.. There are many ways that we can do to make our bodies stay healthy. One of the most appropriate way is to implement a healthy diet.

In addition to implementing a healthy diet, we can also exercise to keep the condition of our bodies stay healthy and fit. Exercise is highly recommended to us to do, at least 30 minutes every day. If you do not have enough time to exercise, you can exercise by walking for 15 minutes every morning or evening.

One more thing that you can do to maintain a healthy body that is by implementing a healthy lifestyle. for example, do not smoke, do not drink alcoholic beverages, and do not eat junk food and soft drink to excess. Maintaining a Healthy Body
